Calendario de actos conmemorativos
del 85 aniversario
All these events commemorate the 85th anniversary of the bombing of Guernica and/or the evacuation to Great Britain of 4000 Niños de la Guerra.
Some events are organised by BCA'37 UK, BCA'37UK-Euskadi or by both associations - Joint BCA'37; some are organised by others (like IBMT); yet others are collaborative events.
Some events are in the UK, others in Euskadi. Information will be available and updated by following the link given.

At all these events we will be only too aware of the terrible parallels with current events in Ukraine and we will wish to express our solidarity with this beleaguered nation.
Todos estos actos conmemoran el 85 aniversario del bombardeo de Guernica y/o la evacuación a Gran Bretaña de 4000 Niños de la Guerra.
Algunos eventos están organizados por BCA'37 UK, BCA'37UK-Euskadi o por ambas asociaciones - Joint BCA'37; algunos son organizados por otros (como IBMT); otros son eventos colaborativos.
Algunos eventos se ubican en el Reino Unido, otros en Euskadi. La información estará disponible y actualizada siguiendo el enlace indicado.

En todos estos actos estaremos muy conscientes de los terribles paralelismos con los acontecimientos actuales en Ucrania y desearemos expresar nuestra solidaridad con esta nación asediada.

Joint BCA'37 associations present an 85th Commemoration of the arrival of the Basque children to Caerleon. Over the two days we will include: our exhibition, concerts with Welsh and Basque dancing and singing, NaMara, poetry, talks, panel discussion, showings of Eddie Butler’s documentary and FOOTBALL!

the following three events were postponed due to the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth and due to the clash with the period of mourning and state funeral. They were rescheduled from their original September 2022 dates.
